HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO SHIP?

Orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) will be processed and shipped within 2-5 business days. Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will begin processing the following business day. All customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when the order has shipped.

Orders submitted before 12pm est with Next Day or Two-Day shipping methods selected will ship the same business day. Orders with expedited shipping placed after 12pm est OR Saturday and Sunday will ship the next business day.

Orders are shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS) or USPS First Class Mail. The following shipping methods are in effect during this time:

  • USPS First Class Mail: Will arrive in 5-7 business days
  • Ground: Will arrive in 3-5 business days
  • Two-Day: Will arrive in 2 business days
  • Next Day: Will arrive the following business day

CAN I GET MY BANGLE REPAIRED IF IT BREAKS?

Yes, we do offer repairs for Bourbon and Boweties merchandise. Click HERE for information on repairs.

ARE THERE FEES ASSOCIATED WITH REPAIRS?

AM I ABLE TO EXCHANGE AND/OR RETURN MY PURCHASE?

Yes, you are able to return your item(s) within 14 days for a refund. Item(s) will be eligible for an exchange within 30 days of purchase. All item(s) must be in original condition and packaging to be eligible for an exchange or return. Customers are responsible for return shipping. You can start a return by clicking HERE.

MY BANGLE DOES NOT FIT - DO YOU HAVE A SMALLER OR BIGGER SIZE?

Yes, we offer both smaller and larger items. If you currently have a bangle that you would like to have resized, you can find all resizing information by clicking HERE.

WHAT SIZES ARE YOUR BANGLES OFFERED IN?

Each bangle is offered in standard (8") and large (8.75"). Keep in mind that once the stones are added, the size of the bangle may vary slightly. 

DO YOU OFFER CUSTOM BANGLES?

We will gladly work with you to create custom bangles. Send your ideas, artwork and contact information to: lisa@bourbonandboweties.com. All custom bangle orders are FINAL SALE.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

We are sorry that you want to cancel your order. Please email customerservice@bourbonandboweties.com to process your cancellation. If your order has already been shipped, we will be unable to process a cancellation and you will need to proceed with a return. Custom orders cannot be canceled.

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER?

If you would like to change your order email customerservice@bourbonandboweties.com as soon as possible. Once your item has been shipped, we are unable to change your order. Custom orders cannot be changed once confirmed.
